Chang’an District is one of the central urban areas of Shijiazhuang City, the capital of Hebei Province. It is located in the northeast of Shijiazhuang City, east of Gaocheng District, west of Xinhua District, south of Yuhua East Road, Zhongshan East Road, and Yuhua District and Qiaoxi District It is bordered by the Hutuo River to the north and is the seat of the Shijiazhuang Municipal People’s Government and the CPPCC.
